2. You may NOT claim copyright rights, intellectual or exclusive ownership of any our designs and design elements modified or unmodified.
You may NOT use any our design and design elements
You may NOT redistribute our designs and design elements
You may NOT resell or redistribute our designs and design elements, modified, unmodified, standalone or combined with another product in any way

3. All designs and it’s elements remain the property of DressageArt.com and are protected by US copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I have carefully read the foregoing Waiver of Copyright Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statements, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
